All furniture built by The Bunk & Loft Factory is fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from purchase. Such manufacturing defects will be repaired or the furniture will be replaced at no cost.

For problems other than manufacturing defects, and for the life of the product, any repairs will be made at a cost of $10 per part. Such repair service will be performed at the Bunk & Loft Factory manufacturing facility, and the customer is responsible for bringing the parts to that location.

This warranty is non-transferable.
