Hi! I just wanted to send a quick note to thank you for a wonderful shopping
experience which resulted in a perfect, high-quality, much-loved bed! From the
moment we walked in the store, we felt welcome and appreciated. Even though we
were working with a tight budget, your representative was able to design in his
head, exactly what we needed! We have a twin/full modified Kingswood with extra
top rail and ladder in navy blue. We are amazed by the quality...it is heavy
and sturdy...we have no worries while our boys sleep at night, and none when
they want to play in their new "castle" during the day. We are so happy to have

From the first phone call to this shipment notification and all the emails and
calls in between, the customer service and advocacy has been spectacular. The
ability to customize our children's bedroom remotely and have it come together
as imagined has been wonderful. Everyone I talked to was attentive to my needs
and space challenges as well as creative with really good suggestions that were
followed with 3D renderings. he
materials came well packed and the beds were easy for me to assemble (did it in
a single afternoon). The construction quality is very high and everyone who
sees the beds are impressed by the sturdiness and visual appeal. Our two oldest
boys absolutely love their new beds and room re-configuration / space savings

Oh my goodness!!!! We got our beds! The delivery guy was great! We put them
together last night and seriously, they are so much better than I expected. The
black stain was perfect. They are so sturdy. It took a little work, but my 11
year old nephew and I put them together. Thank you so much for your great

something online, you end up sadly disappointed. We could not be more pleased
