Delivery by
our trained staff is available to Columbus area customers for $49 - $119,
depending on the location. Assembly is available for $29 for orders that
are delivered by Bunk & Loft Factory staff.
How long will it take to get my furniture?
Local customers will generally receive
their furniture about 3 weeks from their order date. Customers whose
orders need to be shipped will receive their
furniture 3 to 4 weeks from the time they place their order. Construction is
usually completed 2 to 3 weeks from the order date, and packaging and shipping
take about another week.
How
do you ship the furniture?
We ship all
of our furniture as freight. It is bundled together and shipped in a crate
to protect it from damage. The flat rate of $199
includes lift-gate delivery to your driveway or front of your home. You
will be responsible for moving the furniture from the crate into your home and
assembling the furniture. The freight company will contact you to arrange
a window for delivery.
If you will
need help moving the furniture into your home, additional services may be
available for a fee. We can often make arrangements for the carrier to
send a helper with the driver. Pricing varies, so we will need to evaluate
orders individually.
How much
assembly is required?
Beds are
shipped partially disassembled, and accessories like storage drawers, dressers,
and bookcases are shipped fully assembled. Assembly is pretty straightforward. The ends of the beds are always
pre-assembled, so all you need to do is bolt the bed rails and safety rails into
place and screw down the bunkie boards that are provided. A power drill is
helpful, but you can also use manual tools. All you'll need are a 1/2"
socket and a #2 square tip or Phillips head bit.
